SUMMARY OF THE OFFER
Asset Finance Limited is offering an opportunity to invest in a maximum of:
- NZ$40,000,000 of Secured First-Ranking Debenture Stock (“Secured Deposits”); and
- NZ$6,000,000 of Unsecured, Subordinated Convertible Capital Notes (“Unsecured Notes”).
Funds received will be pooled together and used to support and grow the Company’s loan portfolio.
